Wikispeed- This is the coolest thing I have seen in a really long time. I was introduced to a guy named Rob a few weeks back. Rob has this awesome project that takes the open sourcing idea of design and production, and applies it to building an automobile. This isn't just a regular car though, it's a sports car with modular body designs (in progress) a Honda sourced engine mounted transverse and rear, supported by modular suspension and oh yeah, it gets 100 miles per gallon. Say what?! Yeah this thing is going to revolutionize the auto industry, or at least spark some serious debate about how cars should be conceived. I was down at the garage today to get some behind the scenes footage of the Dicovery Channel Canada's shoot on the car. I can't actually publish anything to this blog, or any other outlet until after the episode aires (i'll let you know). But all in all things are going well for The Incasters. Holler if ya hear me!
